Pricing
We have two pricing models for you to select from.
Both options are available as standalone packages, however most of our clients combine the two.
Site Visit & Design
Option 1: The first option is an in-home consultation visit in order to begin the design of your new deck. At that time we take photographs and measurements of your existing deck and home exterior. We discuss material choices and answer questions you might have, including providing you with some initial cost estimate ranges for the construction of your project.
We have a simple one-page Design Agreement that specifies what is included in our design fee. Our design fee ranges from $1,500-4,500 depending on the scope of work for your project.
Permit & Plans
Option 2: The second options is completing permit and construction-ready plans for obtaining a building permit from your local building department. We work with the local Building Dept. to ensure that they have all the drawings and necessary information to issue a Building Permit.
Our permit plan fees range from $2,500-5,000, again depending on the scope of your project.
The Building Department permit fee and the cost of the structural engineering stamp (if necessary) is the responsibility of the contractor and/or homeowner.
